  5. Dejamos que el resto de ingredientes se hagan y vayan cogiendo el sabor de la salsa de soja durante unos 10 min, removiendo.
  6. Añadimos las patatas y su agua de cocción (cantidad de agua según quieras de líquida la salsa, yo la añadí toda), y vamos removiendo 5 min más para integrarlo todo.
  7. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar un poco, y ¡listo!
