- Mientras tanto, ponemos en la mesada la harina integral y la de avena. La de avena la podés hacer vos procesando con la mini pimer las hojuelas normales de la avena. Ponemos el aceite en el medio, las miel y las semillas (opcional) la sal al costado, y la leche en polvo. Integrando de a poco agregamos la levadura y el resto del agua. Al principio va a estar pegoteado, pero seguí amasando, que se va a integrar.
- El agua se agrega siempre de a poco, porque no es una ciencia exacta cuánta necesitará nuestra masa. Así que hacerlo con paciencia. Una vez que tenemos nuestro bollo suave y amasado por unos minutos, dejamos reposar tapado por una media hora, 40 minutos. Desgasificamos, y armamos los panes. Podés usar molde si lo preferís. Y se vuelve a tapar y dejar levar hasta que duplique su tamaño, más o menos otros 40 minutos.
- Llevamos a horno a unos 170 o 180 grados, y dejamos cocinar por unos 20 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palillo salga seco.
- Tip. Antes de llevar al horno podes decorar con semillas o con hojuelas de avena. Podés usar un poco de huevo batido para que se pegue. Ojalá te guste!! Y decime con qué lo disfrutaste ☺️😋
