  2. 50 gr Levadura fresca(un cubito) o un sobre de levadura seca(10gr
  3. 1 cucharada (al ras) sopera de azúcar
  4. 150 ml agua templada o tibia
  5. Masa
  6. 1 kg Harina todo uso (000)
  7. 2 cucharadas (al ras) soperas de azúcar
  8. 400 ml agua tibia
  9. 4 cucharaditas sal

  1. Realizar el fermento, debe hacerse la esponja.
  2. Mientras la levadura se esponja, en un recipiente amplio y cómodo para trabajar, agregar toda la harina, en mi caso la tamizo ya que rinde más.
    Agregar las 2 cucharadas de azúcar e integrar.
  3. Despejar en el centro, y agregar la levadura ya esponjada y un poco de agua(no toda) integrar bien, que quede todo seco nuevamente
  4. Despejar el centro y agregar la sal e inmediatamente el resto del agua, integrar bien para que la levadura no se muera.
  5. Unir bien y formar la masa. Pasar a una mesa o mesada y amasar hasta que quede unida completamente y con un aspecto más liso. Aprox 10 minutos.
  6. Una vez amasada pasar en el recipiente que se estaba utilizando y cubrir con un reparador o trapo.
    Dejar leudar entre 50 o 60 minutos
  7. Pasado el leudado pasarla a la mesada con cuidado, lo que quede pegado en el recipiente se lo saca echando un poco de harina y raspandolo.
  8. Con delicadeza formar un bollo a lo largo, y dividir la masa en la cantidad de panes que se desea obtener, en mi caso la dividí en 10 partes.
    Yo no lo desgasifico, ese aire hace que el pan salga con esos agujeritos.
    A cada bollito darle la forma alargada, tener en cuenta que en el horno crecen.
    Ir colocándolos en una bandeja enharinada.
  9. Ya formado todos los panes, hornear en horno precalentado (30 minutos mínimo) en la parte superior. Los primeros 10 minutos a fuego máximo y luego bajar a fuego medio por 25 minutos.
  10. Ya listos, dejarlos en la bandeja por unos minutos.
    En mi caso, no se pegaron!
