- 1 taza cebolla cortada en cuadros
- 1/2 taza pimiento rojo cortado en cuadritos pequeños
- 1 cda. perejil picado
- 1/4 cdta. orégano
- 1 cdta. sal
- 1/4 cdta. pimienta triturada
- 3 y ¾ tazas de salsa bechamel
- INGREDIENTES PARA LA SALSA BECHAMEL
- 3 cdas. mantequilla
- 4 cdas. harina al ras
- 3 y ½ tazas de leche
- 1 y ½ cdta.s de sal
- 1 pizca nuez moscada

- HACER LA SALSA BECHAMEL
En una olla derretir la mantequilla a fuego lento para que no se queme.
Agregar la harina y con un batidor revolver bien. Dejar cocinar por un par de minutos.
Agregar la leche de a poco y disolver bien la harina. Agregar nuez moscada y sal. Seguir cocinando y revolviendo para que no se pegue y queme en el fondo de la olla. Dar un hervor y dejar cocinando por unos 10 minutos a fuego lento. Quedará espesa.


- COCINAR EL POLLO
En una olla calentar el aceite a fuego moderado y freír la cebolla junto con el ajo.
Añadir los pimientos y cocinar por 2 minutos.


- Agregar el pollo, sal, orégano, pimienta, revolver y continuar cocinando hasta que el pollo quede cocinado.
Continuar cocinando hasta que el líquido que hay en la olla se evapore.
Verter la salsa en el pollo. Agregar 1/3 parte del queso mozzarella o chanco, perejil, revolver bien y apagar el fuego.


- Sazonar las papas con un poquito de sal y dividir las papas en 4 pocillos de greda.
Dividir la mezcla de pollo en los 4 pocillos poniéndolo sobre las papas.
Dividir los crutones poniéndolos sobre el pollo.


- Rociar el queso mozzarella o chanco mezclado con la mitad del ají de color sobre los crutones. (Crotones)
Mezclar el queso parmesano con el resto del ají de color y espolvorear sobre el queso mozzarella.

- Precalentar el horno a 375° F. - 190° C. y hornear hasta que la cima de los pocillos de greda queden dorados.
Servir inmediatamente.
