Teniendo en cuenta la consigna de lograr realizar una comida con los ingredientes que tenemos y aprovechar al máximo los mismos, realicé un guiso común. Unos porotos alubias en frasco, sabores y como no tenía carne lo reemplace con hongos secos. (Según lo que he leído reemplaza la carne🤔🤔) pero en definitiva fue una comida con sabor, calentita y que gustó. 🙋♂️👍🏻👋🏻🧂🍽👨🍳

- Cuando vemos que la papa ya está "casi" cocida añadimos los porotos, mezclamos con cuidado. (yo lo hice sacudiendo com cuidado la olla, tomada de las asas con guantes de cocina) dejamos hasta que pasen unos 5 minutos. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar unos 6 minutos.
