- Cortar la carne en tiras o trozos no muy pequeños ponerlos en un recipiente con el jugo de limón, el vino, el aceite de oliva y el pimentón, el orégano y dejarlo mínimo una hora


- Luego retirar las piezas de lomo de la marinada y dorarla de ambos lados en una plancha o sartén con un poco de aceite, retirar y reservar.
Guardar el líquido de la marinada. - En la misma sartén, rehogar la cúrcuma, comino y pimienta y pimentón, apenas, y agregar la cebolla picada, el ajo picado y el puerro, cocinar hasta que la cebolla esté transparente.
- Añadir los tomates rallados, y la carne junto con su jugo y el líquido de la marinada y la ralladura de limón

- Mezclar el yogur, la yema, y la cuchara de azúcar, y agregar al final, cocinar unos minutos más, si ves que la salsa está muy líquida, agregar una cucharita de harina 0000, disuelta aparte con un poco de la salsa
