  8. sal
  9. pimienta
  10. consomé de carne (o pollo si no hay de res)

  1. Primero cortaremos nuestro hígado en trozos medianos y a la misma vez pondremos a calentar un poco de aceite en la cacerola con un ajo a que se fría
  2. Cuando ya este bien dorado el ajo lo sacaremos y agregaremos la mitad de la cantidad de la cebolla y chile verde ya cortadod y freiremos por unos segundos y agregaremos nuestros trozos de hígado con unos chorritos de salsa negra... para que se frían
  3. En lo que se nos fríe el hígado con la cebolla y chile verde.. haremos en una taza pequeña una pequeña mezcla.... mostaza, sal, consomé, y un chorro de agua (la cantidad que queremos que quede de guiso)... y la mezclaremos y se la echaremos a nuestro hígado y dejaremos que herva por unos 2 minutos y medio (probar de sabor para que nos quede el sazón que deseamos)...
  4. Pasado esos minutos echaremos lo demás de la cebolla con chile verde y el poquito de ketchup y dejaremos a que herva todo hasta que la cebolla recién agregada pues este suave (pero no tanto)
  5. Ya cuando la cebolla y chile verde estén a nuestro gusto de cocidos pues servimos con una ensalada de papas o un espagueti blanco (ver mi recetario)
