Achiote o pimiento morrón 2 cucharadas
Un poquito de aceite de oliva lo embadurnamos bien y después lo sazonamos para que coja el sabor. - Picamos 1 cebolla blanca en láminas y la incorporamos a la olla donde tenemos el pollo ya sazonado.
- 2 pimientos verdes en láminas
- Hacemos lo mismo con los pimientos en láminas, cortamos e incorporamos al pollo en la olla.
- 2 manojos de cilantro y perejil, lo picamos e incorporamos a la olla
- Picamos un tomate y lo añadimos a la olla (puedes usar más tomates pero solo me quedaba uno.)
- Le añadimos un poco de orégano.
- Yo le pongo medio zumo de naranja para que coja sabor, dejamos 30 minutos para que coja sabor.
- Lo ponemos a fuego lento que se vaya haciendo y añadimos media cucharada de pasta de tomate o concentrado.
- Cuando se haya hecho una salsa, añadimos la cerveza 2 tazas, y subimos el fuego para que se evapore el alcohol.
- Dejamos pasar 20 minutos, y añadimos una pastilla de caldo de pollo, dejamos 40 minutos más.
- Finalmente, nuestro plato ya está listo! 🥰
