  1. Cortar la carne bien delgada y en trocitos pequeños, y dejar marinado una hora con el jugo de piña en el refrigerador. Luego, mezclar los demás ingredientes; salsa de soja, ajo, glucosa, azúcar, aceite de sésamo y vino e integrar, y verter esta mezcla en el bol de nuestra carne con jugo de piña, sin desechar el jugo, y dejar marinado idealmente una noche en el refrigerador tapado con alusa.
  2. Cortar las verduras: la zanahoria en tipo bastoncitos bien finos, l cebolla en pluma, el zapallito en medias rodajas y laminar los champiñoes. Reservar.
    Luego, cocinar en un sartén wok la carne por 3 min, y añadir la zanahoria, cocinar 3 min.
    Ahora, incorporar la cebolla, los zapallitos y los champiñones sin mezclar, tapar y cocinar a fuego suave por 3 min. Y listo!
  3. Ahora, servir arroz tibio en un pocillo sin aliñar, y en un plato nuestro bulgogi, y espolvorear sésamo por encima, vas combinando arroz y bulgogi y es una delicia! Solo queda disfrutar!!
    Nota: si tienes cebollin añade generosa cantidad de la parte verde picada, yo no tenía y no encontré, pero sería lo ideal para darle el toque final.
