  4. Ya que pase 1 hora la carne coci茅ndose, a帽ade las verduras y dejamos cocer 30 minutos m谩s.
  5. Ya que pasaron 30 min de que agregamos las verduras.
    En la licuadora vamos a moler los chiles guajillos que hidratamos previamente, 1 diente de ajo y 1/4 de cebolla y a帽adimos a la olla.Y tambi茅n a帽adimos el ramito de cilantro.
  6. Y dejamos cocer 30 min m谩s.
  7. A este punto han pasado aprox. 2 horas de que empezamos a cocer la carrne, as铆 qye ya debe estar suave y cocida.
  8. Sirve el caldo, acomp谩帽alo con unas gotas de lim贸n.
    Salsa picante de tu preferencia, adem谩s de cilantro cebolla picados.
