  9. 1 mazo cilantro
  10. 3 chiles habaneros (a tu gusto)
  11. 2 dientes ajo
  12. 2 puré de tomate
  13. 1 lata cerveza
  14. orégano
  15. pimienta
  16. sal
  17. al gusto salsa de soya (opcional)

  1. Pre cocer el calamar y el pulpo con media cebolla, sal y un poco de cilantro. No tires el caldo lo puedes ocupar.

  3. En el mismo caso agrega el pulpo y fríe hasta dorar, reserva el pulpo, luego incorpora el calamar y fríelo hasta dorar resérvalo, agrega las almejas y dora muy bien.
  4. Mezcla todo muy bien y agrega el filete de cazón o basa. Recuerda el filete hasta lo último porque si no se bate.
  5. Agrega la salsa de soya (opcional) y deja hervir un ratito 2 min luego agrega la verdura picada tomate, cebolla y cilantro. Deja que suelte su jugo y luego agrega los purés. Deja hervir un poco y agrega la cerveza.
  6. Añade sal, pimienta y orégano al gusto.
  7. Deja hervir un poco si está un poco seca agrega caldo donde cociste el pulpo y el calamar.
  8. Pica el chile habanero muy finamente y agrégalo, puedes agregarlo antes pero recuerda entre mas hierva mas enchilosa saldrá la mariscada.
  9. Sirve caliente y acompaña con totopos o galletas saladas, puedes comerlo en tacos si así lo prefieres.
